  1. I would like to order referral pads. Who do I contact?

    Referral pads can be obtained, free of charge, by contacting us at 514-419-3005 or emailing us at info@medipsy.ca. They will be delivered directly to your office, free of charge.

  2. I would like to provide my patients with information about their problem but do not have the time to answer all their questions. Can you help?

    We have developed brochures that describe a broad range of psychological disorders.  These can be made available in your waiting room or given to patients suffering from a particular problem. If you wish to receive these brochures, free of charge, simply call us at 514-419-3005 or email us at info@medipsy.ca.

  3. I want to follow best practice guidelines and implement stepped care but I do not have the time to support my patients in the self-help procedures. What are my options?

    At Medipsy, we have professionals who have been trained in implementing the different phases of stepped care, from self-help procedures to psychotherapy.  We can assess your patient then recommend an initial step, and follow-up throughout the process.

  4. I want some of the communication updates that you offer but not all of them. How do I get just what I want?

    Using the referral pad, you can simply check off those reports or updates you would like receive.  You can also request a consultation with the treating psychologist, psychiatrist or psychotherapist at a specified point in treatment.
